christmas is always just an excuse to get drunk

in my fam i am the "baker" so at our get-togethers i usually make something delicious.

this year i opted for egg-nog cupcakes with spiced rum butter cream. an experiment that turned into a delicious surprise!

i made these for my bestest's baby shower last summer and they got lots of compliments :)

they are simple vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with yellow vanilla frosting. 

for the top of my cupcakes i used a fondant template and cutter to create the onesies and bibs. to jazz them up i used food color marker pens, which are brilliant!

re-vamped!

i've decided to try to stick to the blogging thing, but instead of displaying my witty-ness (is that even a word?) i am going to post the tastee and delicious things that i create :)
